Pesto is so easy to make and so good!
Basil Pesto
4 Cups of fresh basil
1/2 Cup of pine nuts
2-3 Cloves of garlic
3 Tablespoons of olive oil
1/2 Cup of Parmesan cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Blend in a food processor or blender until you reach a thick smooth paste.
Store in refrigerator for 1 week or 6 months in freezer.
